The Anam Cara Foundation creates a space where women can come together to develop a community of support. From the Irish for “Soul Friend”, the Anam Cara Foundation  seeks and provides opportunities for women to develop lasting, supportive relationships with others and themselves. Through a variety of mechanisms and projects, we seek to provide women with tools to empower themselves and those around them.
