Anam Cara Womyn’s Group
of Self-Discovery (This group is currently on hiatus. Check
back for next start date.)
Anam Cara Womyn’s group is a community of
women embarking on a journey of self-discovery through exploration
of archetypal powers. Each meeting, through facilitated activities
and a supportive community, we explore attributes identified
through archetypes and the manifestation of these attributes
in our daily lives. We have the opportunity to identify
those which are familiar and comfortable and learn and experiment
with some that are new and challenging.
The group meets twice a month for 9 months, beginning in January,
followed by a weekend retreat. Meeting times for
the circle are 6:30-9:30 pm the second and fourth Thursdays
of each month. Group participation is closed to new members
after the second meeting. Cost is $255 for the session.
Payment plans and limited scholarships are available. Cost
of the retreat is determined several months before the date
of the retreat. For more information about this group, contact

WeCAN
WeCAN, the Women’s Community Action Network, brings together
women to make a difference in their neighborhood, school,
community or the world. While many women actively work
to make changes in our community, for many women the task
can seem daunting at the least and totally overwhelming at
times. This group acts as the volunteer base for the
Anam Cara Foundation, and as such, participates in events
created by the foundation as well as brings projects to the
foundation. The group learns tools and tips to working with
other organizations, agencies and governments to effectively
create change. Meetings occur monthly to discuss projects,
progress and problems. For more information in participating
in an event or bringing a project to the foundation, contact
Lynn Kurth at: info@anamcara-foundation.org
