The Anam Cara Foundation was formed for education
and community support purposes. Specifically,
we educate and empower women by providing opportunities
to facilitate personal growth, networking, community
building, spiritual growth, and leadership development
for all women. Our focus is to help women
develop the skills, tools and self-confidence
